The stray cat and its cute three little kittens are fed and taken care by the Hilton Hotel Management. They are confined in a miniature park right in the middle of the main building of hotel but the mother knows how to roam around the hotel by climbing the trees and hoping to the roof (the main building is only one story high). The kittens are not so skillful but they're learning to catch up their mother's climbing skill.
YB Nik Nazmi is recently elected as Selangor State Legislative Assemblyman during the last election to represent PKR in the Selangor State House of Assembly. At 26 years old, he's already established himself as one of the prominent leaders and voices of PKR. An active activist before and after turning himself to local politics, he advocates political and social reforms of Malaysia, and highly engaged in social activities including one in the US (2008 MISG/IMSA conference in Houston).

There are traces of cross on the ceiling art which I think is okay 'coz otherwise they would be the first to notice and remove them completely. Nevertheless, it is an awesome building. They have successfully registered the building as a city landmark which mean they will received a substantial funding from the city for building conservation. However, they still need more money for their missionary operation. Consider helping to ease their operation cost by visiting their website and learning more about supporting the center.

A visit to Jabatan Mineral dan Geologi Malaysia di Ipoh

It was quite a bold attempt to use this trip as an excuse to run away from LO (learning outcome) and new curriculum meeting at my department. But, who cares since Dr Kamil, head of department, approved it  Sometimes it is wise to use all opportunities to escape from work for a while  ***Please don't attempt***
Overall, this trip was so-so, not quite fun but satisfactory enough. It was not boring since my good buddy Armi was with me, and Kak Seri and En. Ghafar were also fun to chat with.
